Journalling reads (98 words)
We lost Grandma to cancer in 2015. We still miss her but I think it is easier for us as we unfortunately only ever saw her once a year when we holidayed in England. That is when we feel the loss the most.
But she’s watching over us.
And when in April 2016 we got our new kitchen with the money she left me, I know she was somewhere doing a happy dance for me! And every day when I go in the kitchen to cook, I think of her and thank her for my beautiful cooking place.

This is so lovely. She looks like such a friendly and kind soul.
My mum is in one of those weird places because her mum is getting on (92) and Nan has told mum that she wants mum to finally buy a grand piano with the money that Nan will be leaving her. It has been Mum's dream to have a grand piano since she was a child, but she is so sad that when she is able to have one, it means her mum is gone. I am so glad you get so much happiness out of your special space, I hope my mum can too.
@Chippi Give your Mum a hug, that must be so diffictult to deal with. Could your Nan not go with and choose and pay before she goes, that way both of them would enjoy it for a little while. Sounds a bit macabre, but I think that is what I would try and do, even it if meant getting a loan to start with. Thank you for your lovely comment about my Nan xxx
