The simplicity and calmness of this layout drew me in from the gallery, but your journaling made it something even more special indeed! I really liked reading about your initial perspective on 8th grade "graduation" and how it changed as the ceremony progressed. I remember when I graduated from elementary and then middle school, always a graduation and it seems like they don't do that much anymore! Love how you documented this day, great photo and journaling!
