      @cfile I am trying this 2 cups of green tea a day should help w/ stomach issues and lower my coffee intake. I am down to only 1-2 cups of coffee.

      @Dalis me too Re amount of coffee. For 6 weeks I drank only 1 but now that I am using scrapping as dexterity therapy and back on the computer a bit I am now doing 2 daily although today was 3 lol!! Today I was able to hold the mug in my right hand and bring it up to my mouth with out assistance or shaking!! It was a great morning while I scrapped this page. While doing PT this morning, my range of motion is better too! Everyday is a little better!
