Created for the ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges by Pixels, Paper and Paint - Life in Pictures by Lynn Grieveson and Rachel Jefferies

Journaling - It does not really matter at what time I do it, as long às I do it. Writing for half an hour without taking the pen off the paper; slowly I reconnect with myself.
