Georgian Christmas

Description
One of our family Christmas traditions is to visit an old property or working museum to experience a Christmas from the past. This weekend we got to see how the Georgians celebrated. No Christmas trees in the UK yet. They decorated with bay, holly and fir branches; and fruit.

That's a great tradition! btw. I love that they are decorated w/ fruit and branches. Which explains why there are so many fruits as a tree ornament.

Haha, I saw Georgian Christmas title, and thought, that's something Angela would scrap about! LOL! I was right, it's you. :) Love that stamp in chartreuse green picked up right from the photo, and what a wonderful tradition your family has.

What a cool tradition! Love the decorated table and smaller photos added on top with the star element. Wonderful page!
