Kai is a Children’s miracle network hero.And because he was a past hero we are invited to special events yearly to raise money for the Children’s network. A lot of the events are boring for Kai and we pas them up. But every year we are invited to one event in the spring we never pass up. Miracle day at Logers baseball field! It is Kai’s all time favorite summer passtime! I mean who doesn’t love America’s sport? Baseball? and the Children’s miracle networkalways makes it so special for the kids. They get front roll seats, free hot dogs, ice cream and soda. And if you bring your own ball you can even have it signed by all the players of the local Loggers team!. Kai plays baseball on a summers leage himself so he really gets into the game. It is a huge deal for him! And I love watching the excitement on his face when heis team scores He even had the chance in the past to throw out the first pitch! how cool is that????
