We met Elaine in Scotland – a fascinating, remarkable & lovely lady, full of character. Check out Elaine Davidson on her website here: http://www.elainedavidson.co.uk/
Wow! That is an amazing photo! She is definitely full of character. I love how you've used the subtle texture on the background and simple embellishing to let the photo shine!
I can't stop looking at this photo. She looks like a bright and fun lady for sure! My needle-shy self is wincing a bit, but I'll bet she was awesome to meet. Love the simple page highlighted her bright photo.
@keepscrappin@jenevang She's a World Record Holder... As at March 2012, she has upwards of 9,000 piercings and counting (internally and externally). Can you imaging trying to take a shower! She's incredible, so interesting to chat to. Loved her dress sense, notice the skulls on her jacket? Every piece of clothing was unique/interesting =)
the page is amazing (as always wth you) love that you kept it simple with focus on the photo....she used to be around Camden in the early 90s, and Andy (my husband) was a stunt man and used to talk about her and another guy who has his body almost covered by tatoos and piercings, he met them at some photo shoot.... love that you scrapped this, amazing page!!!!!!!
Thanks so much <3
OMGoodness Cyn @MrsPeel I'm glad you know of her too. I can imagine her being in Camden - with all the piercing and tattoo places around there and it's such an interesting place to visit - all the wacky and wonderful shop facades <3
indeed!!!! I have to admit I don't go to that side of Camden these days, we still went wth Sarita a lot until the ed of 2014, because there is Wagamama & there was a Yo Sushi that had a Brazilian manager and he always gave us discount...the Yo Sushi closed down, and right now with Sarita in Uni (which we have to pay as UCAS considers it a drama school so no scholarships!) we are eating home and she takes packed lunches LOL Something I have been meaning to say, if you ever are coming to London, let me know, we would be delighted to receive you and cook for you & family!!!!! (now that I have a bit of home help I can!!!!!!) I was thinking the other day maybe we should try get all of us together here in the UK, even if for an afternoon tea? I'm not too well to travel on the same day, but I will be willing to make an effort and come half way for everyone, if I have time to save for an overnight stay in a hotel I can do!!!!!
