French Toast
French bread slices soaked in Leite MOÇA®, baked and sprinkled with cinnamon
Ingredients
1 MOÇA® Milk (can or box) 395g
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
20 slices of stale French bread
3 well beaten eggs
powdered sugar and cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preparation mode
1. Line a rectangular baking sheet (33 cm x 20 cm) with parchment paper, and butter it.
2. In a container, mix the MOÇA Milk well with 1 cup (tea) of water and the vanilla essence.
3. Pass the pieces of bread in this mixture and then beaten eggs.
4. Drain and place the slices on the baking sheet.
5. Place in a medium oven (180 ° C), preheated, for about 15 minutes, turning in half the time,
or until golden. Serve sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
