Created for the photography challenge this month.
The journaling reads:
Freedom is sweet, but it comes at a cost. Desire to explore the neighborhood led to getting lost and having to spend six days out there, often in the rain and foraging for food. Eventually, she came back and decided that staying on the wall was freedom enough. Until the day she fell off the Garuda statue and into the pool. That did it. I love this photo of her looking all angry and resolved. No more venturing beyond the terrace any longer - home is where she belongs now.
I love your blended photos of the pool and wall on the edges and the playful way you told the story of the importance of setting boundaries for oneself, even if you're a cat. You have to test them out first, for sure!
