- JOURNALING: FREEDOM Located in the Battelle Riverfront Park in Columbus Ohio, “Freedom” was a gift to the city from renowned artist and holocaust survivor Alfred Tibor. He said “Here in the United States of America I have become free to achieve my dreams.” Dedicated July 4, 1985 (Photo taken 4/16/17)
