Translation:
Jönköping is a city in Småland [Swedish county] with about 100.000 residents. We went there in August 2017, because Urban was going to the city archives to check up things for his genealogy research. We had fantastic weather and really could enjoy the city. It's situated just by the edge of Vättern [Sweden's 2nd largest lake], and we took walks along the beach, just to enjoy the view. We spent 2 nights at the hotel, had great dinners at restaurants, and just had a couple of wonderfully lazy days, free from demands. Vacation!

But the most important thing that happened in Jönköping was that my life took a whole new turn. After struggling with anxiety and some sort of agora phobia, it was like I woke up. During the days, when Urban was at the archives, I was out, exploring the stores. Chatted with people, strolling through town, just being delighted with the freedom of being out, among people, all alone. In Jönköping, hope was born. I realized that I will be able to get well again. That anxiety could be overcome. It was the first step towards freedom.
