Thank you so much for playing along with us this week! I hope you enjoyed it! I love the bright colors you chose!
I agree with Angie, if you don't like it you won't go... try to find something that you do enjoy doing!
Vivi- I agree with Angie... I am lucky as I do not go to the gym but my husband times my exercise and progress. All the exercise I do, I do at home and the only "equipment" I use is a mat (to reduce rug burns) and one of those rope things with handles. I get up at the crack of dawn and do it first thing (5 am and I am done by 5:45am M-Th). I do push ups, situps, crunches, curls, lifts and I run 2 miles ... I have been doing this now for almost 5 years now... wow 5 years.. lol! I used to do it 5 days a week, but since maintenance 3 1/2 years now I do the exercise only 4 days a week unless I gain a few pounds. I am comfortable in routine so that helps, but sometimes I think you get complacent so that may be why your trainer wants to change it up some so you are not bored. Perhaps talk to Alan and discuss what you are feeling.. then maybe you can work something out that will better fit your needs. I love the journaled letter and all the weight equipment. Keeping you in my thoughts that you find a routine or program that works best for you
