Wonderful photos and it was probably a better experience that one gets in today's planes. I remember when one dressed up to fly rather than today's anything goes attire. Nice look back at the past. What year was this?
Oh yes, my mother and I wore dresses and 'pumps' for our first transatlantic trip. I doubt we slept...great to use those old slides! (but oh the scanning...)
