this is definately colorful and flower powere. love how you cut out the tulips... i need to learn how to do that. please so tell. page really caught my eye

@bjc Thank you. I work with Photoshop Elements 2023. It's very easy to make the cut outs. Up at the top bar, click on layers, then click on layer styles and then style settings. there are only 4 style settings that can be used in many ways. Click on bevel, it will give you a choice of bevel up or down. Play with that, bevel down makes the cut out look. I hope that helps a bit.
