Wait the image was B&W and you painted it? Is that what i am understanding? If that is so then WOWZA am i amazed at this. I mean even if you didn't color it the layout is still spectacular but if you did the coloring then its out of this world great.
@DixieDoesPSP yes I painted it.. I changed the photo to b/w and then I used the watercolor filter in the filter gallery in Photo shop then I used layers with blend mode color and painted ... thank you
