Journaling - As a kid, I spent every summer swimming in a league. Oddly enough and for no reason I can say, I started being afraid of “flip turns” at the end of the laps and thinking I would drown instead of pushing off the wall and continuing my swim, but I still love the water as long as I don’t do laps.
