I'm switching to a new planner for 2017 but was not ready to say goodbye to my Happy Planner. So I'm thinking I may use it as a Fitness Planner to track my diet/exercise goals for the new year.
I have a place to record meals/snacks throughout the day ... along with a little spot for weight and daily calories. The bottom of each day has little tone on tone bubbles to fill in for my water intake and left column has a spot to track fitness/exercise. We shall see ...
I love how you're using this!!! I saw so many planners at Michael's today and was tempted to get one even through I already have my planner. This gives me a reason to go back and get one!
This is great!!! I need something like this. Maybe I'll design/print out just one month to see if I actually stick to it. Keep us posted on how it works out for you!!
well @MelissaMarti so far so good. i planned to start jan 1st - but i was so motivated that i started yesterday. i'll update in a few weeks though! thanks ladies!
Super impressed that you are going to do this. I love your design for the planner. I sure beats my scrunched up mini notebook,that I scribble calorie intake in when I try to loose weight.....
