First Vaccine

Our son turned 12 two weeks ago and got his first COVID vaccine the very next day. We had discussed it in the weeks leading up to his birthday and eligibility. I wanted to be sure he was part of the process. Afterward I asked him permission to share online - hopeful that our sharing might help others in this big decision for their tweens and teens. For anyone curious - he's had no reaction whatsoever. My kids return to school tomorrow so I scheduled his 2nd shot for a Friday afternoon just in case he needs time to rest (I had muscle/body aches after my 2nd for 24 hours; my husband had no reaction to either shot. All 3 of us have had Pfizer).
