@trekmom There’s more to the story! He got a cast a few days later and played in the next game with it wrapped and made three touchdowns and had A bunch of tackles. Then a few days later, he had surgery and four days after that played in a play off game with it kind of wrapped and made a touchdown and tackles but couldn’t really hold the ball as well. They lost and the season is over now

Wow, what an amazing story. So sorry about his broken bone and I'm so impressed that he was able to play injured like that. My son is a kicker and I know how rough the sport can be. You did a great job documenting this "first" (and hopefully "last")!
