Oh, heck no! You go get 'em Mama! I was so blessed my son was able to take a school district funded bus out to a special ed kindergarten class when the school closest to us did not have something for him. It was almost 20 miles away from our home. We moved after that year, so were able to send him to a local school, but I feel for you.

Oh my Rachel. That is crazy how hard they are making it. Have you made any progress or are you still fighting this battle? We faced something similar and I had no choice but to homeschool. That turned out to be a huge benefit in the end, but frustrating that our tax dollars still went to the public school system that let my child down. I hope you have much better results!!
