I love the pastel colors with the pops of black, especially those little dots of black above the scallops. The scallops remind me of hot air balloons - I think you had the same thought! Gorgeous page!

@gonewiththewind Thanks so much, Cheryl!! The scallops totally reminded me of hot air balloons. I think that's why my mind completely went there. I thought "have to use hot air balloons". LOVE this template!!
