I'm just freestyle planning with a memory/visual journal spin.
Using 28lb Kraft Paper [hand cut to size] in an a5 Carpe Diem Planner.

Bulk of the stickers are from I've got a plan... February- Printable Stickers by Mommyish ... With a few 2X2 list cards by Traci Reed and a few random DIYs from me.
