The template set I use for my Project Life pages is unfortunately retired from another store, but I love it so much that I just keep using it! It mimics the Project Life Design A style pages and is by Gennifer Bursett (one of her Pocket Pages packs). Valorie Wibbens has a very similar one in the store here (along with coordinating templates):
