"12 weeks! It has been 12 weeks since I fractured my right humerus. In the beginning I was in a lot of pain, but with each passing day, and each passing week, it has gotten so much better. I started PT on January 4th and while I went twice the first week, since then I was only going once a week and also doing PT daily, at home with CJ’s help. February 8th was the last PT visit (of 7) and I was okay-ed to complete the rest of my PT on my own. Currently I have a range of motion almost to 180 degrees. Today we have the Orthopedic appointment and then we will go have a celebratory lunch at Park Lane Tavern. YUM!"
