I am in love with this page. I saw the title and was excited about it. The best part of my children growing up was reading to them, with them and listening to them read. A Regular Flood of Mishap is one of my all time favorite children's books.
@trekmom I completely agree. It was so thrilling that Emma loved some of my favorites from my childhood. I haven't heard of "A Regular Flood of Mishap"
Congrats on GSO! I saw your page there before I saw it here, and it just popped out at me! I love book covers, so this was fun to see. I love the illustration in the center...so perfect!
@scrapchyck The center brush/illustration was a happy accident. I used two frames that were strips of 4 photos then didn't know what to do with the other two photos so I used a 3rd stip and then was going to put something in the center two empty places but then decided to erase them and create a square with an open center. Then I needed to fill that and found this wonderful brush of a girl reading -- perfect.
