Super simple but requires some explanation: the first time my side of the family was all together (as in, all the cousins were born) was in November 2014; we did this fun little "Family Favorites" card before Thanksgiving dinner on the spur of the moment, and I later made a little album with all those cards + pictures from the visit and gave it to everyone as a Christmas gift. (I photographed all the cards to show in some of the inside pages, and gave the originals back to each separate family in the back of their book.) We'll be all together for Thanksgiving Day again this year, so I decided to come prepared and have little cards ready to go! Images show the 2014 project + the cards I made for next week. Not pictured: I saved the strip I cut off from the double-sided printing job (only fit three index cards per page) to use as "give thanks" bookmarks : )
Flower design and patterned paper are from the Friendsgiving kit by Paislee Press.
Love this idea! I've done a gratitude album with extended family, but hadn't thought of doing a favorites album. I think I know what I'll be doing next weekend...!
@angiekey it’s so fun to see what the kiddos all put down last time... and this time they’re all old enough to write their own answers! Will be fun to compare, like a little time capsule.
