(photo is mine, and I duplictated the photo and extracted out the sunflower adding a thick shadow...grid and mask made by me..mask made from various brushes in my stash)

absolutely beautiful. I'm loving the beads on the wire. Cool idea extracting and making a feature of the sunflower - looks fabulous well done.

What a gorgeous photo! I absolutely love what you've done with the sunflower, it is brilliant. I love the stamped date under it and the autumn beads is a perfect accent.

@garrynkim thank you Kim.. I love walking around at the farmers market and taking photos of their flowers :) these were so vibrant!! I also saw pussy willows and they reminded me of the ones we had in our garden growing up.. my Mom would always bring them in the house.. just all the color was fabulous!

I love the masked edges here and all those beautiful blooms. The grid adds a really interesting element and I adore all of the stamped dates.

This is so gorgeous Christa! I love that you extracted the sunflower! It totally looks like it's an element from a kit! I love the white grid with the beaded alpha on the string right over the top, too.

[When I extracted the Suflower, I started first with the new tool in PS CC the "Object Selection Tool" nestled in with the magic wand tool. That did most of the work.. then I got rid of some of the dark fleck sections using the magic wand. once that was done, I saw I had a slight line all around the Sunflower which was like a maroonish line from where the flower was touching other flowers in the photo so with it still selected I contracted the line a little (2 pixels) and then smoothed it before deleting that edge for that clean edging to the flower. I had fun with it.. then I took the leaf SC's Fika mini kit and added that to the sunflower :) ]
