Fall 2012

There is nothing that makes my heart swell as much, nothing sweeter, then watching you play. It’s such an amazing feeling to look at you and know that I helped create such a special little person. You are so full of imagination and excitement for life! You wanted to play in the sand at the park today, what a shock to your little system it was to find out there was no sand! I expected you to throw a fit, but you didn’t give up, you dug the bucket out of the van anyways. Your little wheel inside your head started turning and you decided you were going to dig in the wood chips instead! Watching you grow, the years flying much faster then I’d like, making me wish I could reach out, grab moments and still them for a while. My beautiful Asia with her curly hair flowing in the fall wind, time passes so quickly and you have already grown so much. As much as I wish I could hold on to moments like this, I know you will continue to grow up and change. Yet for now, stay little my precious Doodle. Stay creative, use that imagination, play all day long, roll down the hill, shovel food into your mouth with both fists, sing at the top of your lungs and be that amazing little girl I have come to love to the moon and back!
