So this year I've actually been scrapping a weekly exercise schedule.
I'm keeping a super easy design and with a A4 size its easy to print and hang up on the fridge!
I know it's not revolutionary either ways,
but I hope I'll at least inspire ONE person to do the same and get that butt workin'!

I LOVE that idea! What a great way to keep your self accountable! I have been doing great this month and am on Day 25 of working out (take one day off a week), and also have not drank any pop, which is HUGE for me! I am putting this in my favorites for great inspiration when I need it!
