Description
This is for the MOC9 Challenge #9 Bokeh Challenge!

I hope it's ok, but I used bokeh brushes to make my own Bokeh image. I used the Lilypad collab Things That Matter Most, and an edge/border from Rachel Jeffries High Cool!

This is the first of my daughter's wedding pictures I have gotten the chance to scrap! I think Bokeh just screams for wedding pictures!!
