The first thing I noticed about your layout is the stunning colors and florals. That's what caught my eye. Then I read the layout title and journaling. You are doing important work, and as hard as it is, I hope you're proud of the efforts you're making to make elders' lives safer and more comfortable. No one deserves abuse.
