ooh that looks delicious Vivi I love the - go sit in the deckchair and relax while your dinner cooks !!! Love the use of R&R doodles so inviting to jut chill.. the photos of your zucchini and the lasagna.. yum... I will have to make that one day.. I make it without lasagna noodles and cute the zucchini in strips and use that as the noodles .. that works too.. but yours looks like it holds up and more together.. yummy!!! Summer veggies and those beautiful summer tomatoes are wonderful.. just like your page here!!!
@cfile yours sounds good too. I do an Aubergine and zucchini dish in a similar way,but without the mint, and that does come really soft,despite the aubergine , but it tastes good.
