Translation:
I'm feeling better but am a bit tired. Made pancakes for lunch, yummy! Listened to Mix Megapol [radio station] and scrapped. We had sausage and mashed potato for dinner. I had a fever spike again in the evening, but it got better after meds. Ubbe was so nice to me, and went and bought me "kuckelimuck medicine".
["Kuckelimuck" is a non-sensical word from the children's book Karlson On The Roof by Astrid Lindgren, and it's when Karlsson pretends to be sick, and convinces Lillebror that he has to have "kuckelimuck medicine" to get well. Turns out it is candy he wants.]
