Oh wow, that IS the perfect kit! Great angle on that photo too. I can't imagine how difficult it will be to see her go. I hope the adoptive parents will keep in touch with you.
They are family friends, so I'll continue to have open access to them. They know me as Gigi (I couldn't bare to hear Grandma yet) and they will still know their bio parents. It's actually the very best outcome possible!
