Ah, yes, always thinking and second guessing ourselves is a problem. I am glad you are sticking with it and thinking it through so clearly. I love the gears and the group of question marks.
I can relate to this so much. I love how you artistically showed the confusion and guessing around dieting. Our bodies are so individual and what works for one doesn't always work for all. Beautifully scrapped!
Congrats on the GSO, well deserved! I love the b/w take with the pop of yellow and I can relate to the journaling and how important it is to think it through. Great page!
Love the b/w art journaling style page Roxana, with the pop of color from the lightbulb flair! I can relate too but glad you are now getting used to things. Congrats on the GSO too!! Brilliant! TFS and playing along with the June Inspiration Challenge. I like the change in style for your page Roxana. Best wishes on your journey!
Oh, the "keto flu"...it is hard the first few days, but it does get easier when you add some electrolytes and water and keep at it until your body adapts to the change in fuel source. Your body will eventually thank you, especially if you stick with real food and not ultraprocessed! I am so glad I'm back in a low carb lifestyle after a couple of years of chaos. I've lost 38 pounds this year and just FEEL so much better. It's still hard to make the right choices sometimes, but I like that my clothes are looser, and I can do things I had stopped doing (like going for walks). Love how you relayed the decision-making struggle going on with the gears and the question marks and the tangled threads...that is so how it is! Good luck on your journey!
Congrats on the GSO! Love the page and the B&W with just a pop of color works really well here. Love all the little details, gears, bulb, the speech bubble... Thanks for sharing the story as well, and yes, one day at a time!
