lol i can relate to this but from the otherside - my DD tells me how annoying she finds it that i just reply 'ok' or a thumbs up emoji to her updates all the time and i've explained i just use that as a 'yes, i've received and seen your msg & have no issues with her requests or clarifications required', i'm sure you roll your eyes like her when you hear the msg tone but i love your documenting & proof here!
