Oh no, It sounded like it was the plan and he was mad you did it! Maybe without him? I got my first pair after my son was born! I still have them too! I'm so glad you did it though! Wooo Hooo! The title is wonderful - they got there!
@jk703, you got it. Getting them was the right thing at the right time. Had I not had this (crazy-making) experience to look back at, I might have questioned myself so much more in the future. One could say that my future changed that day/week even though I didn’t recognize it at the time.
