      Definitely fine to make the journaling for you alone Michele. I'm glad you are able to get her help too and wish you lots of strength. It is so hard to watch a loved one suffering in any form - and sometimes the emotional pains are the hardest to understand. I love the way you expressed yourself on this page - it's absolutely beautiful.
