day of fun at the pond

love this page!  I really love the way you used word art to complement your journaling and used the entire canvas to tell your story.  when I was a kid in New York we had a pond we skated on in the winter - so fun!  Don't get to do that in Atlanta.

It sure is surreal skating on a real body of frozen water, isn't it?! We live on a lake that freezes over and this weekend skated on it. It was atleast 8" think , but still forming ice underneath so the thunderboom sounds are going nonstop & freaks me out as we are on it, lol! I don't think it is something to easily get used to, but it is fun!!! I love your journaling and hope you have fun scrapping those 500+ photos (you have a great start on it with this layout!).
