me: I'm working on loosing more weight

Oh well... ice cream! I kinda got in to a flash of binge eating tonight. Obviously I'm going to bust only kcal-goal set for the day, but I just can't stop. Luckily, it ends up back in the freezer before I hit the bottom of the the ice cream tub.
Additional note:
I don't have any weight issues or an eating disorder, so for me this is only capturing a fun WhatsApp conversation I had with one of my friends. Yet, I'm aware that some of you may struggle with weight or eating habits, so please accept my apologies if the journaling of this story is somewhat insensitive given my background.
