@Sokee and @sucali in some spots it hurts a little - usually when that happens though a few seconds later you feel complete relief - so for instance if I had a really bad sinus headache and she put one in a spot that is for that - it hurts a little bit (like a shot) then as it stays in the pain goes away very fast, but then the sinus pain starts feeling so much better. Most of hte times you barley feel it. it's amazing! There is a massive endorphin rush with it, if I go in feeling anxious and sad, I have it done and feel content and actually happy.
