to @NancyP and @Joan K , i am so sorry for your loss. we too lost our grandson, oliver. he was born still at 35 weeks on jan 25, 2013. I was with our daughter at the dr when we heard the words " I am sorry but there is no heartbeat" It is my hope that no one has to hear that. i have done several ( therapeutic) pages about him. and yes as you say @NancyP it is very helpful. Our daughter formed a chapter of Star Legacy Foundation. This marvelous group works towards awareness and research so that the incidence of stillbirth can be lowered. I am here to talk and support you if you or anyone else has experienced this .
Still my eyes keep welling up. Then I get myself collected. Then I well up again. I can't imagine the heartbreak and the loss you and your family must have felt - still feel. We never can truly understand why these things happen, seemingly at random, to fantastic people who don't deserve this kind of hurt. I'm so sorry. You've put this together beautifully to honor your granddaughter.
