8.30 - switch on laptop ready for day WFH
11.15 - coffee and toast (don't usually have breakfast, this will do instead of lunch)
5.15 - switch off laptop at end of working day, switch on personal laptop, check emails, browse
6.40 - defrost car, got to shop to pick up portable heaters for Josh and Mia, go to Mansfield
8.00 - spend time at Len's with Josh, Mia and cats
11.15 - hot water bottle, hot drink, scrapping
1.00 - switch off for the day
