This is so pretty and magical. Where is this amazing ice monster

That is one impressive blue ice sculpture. Where and what exactly is it?

@redplaid3 @flowersgal To answer above questions: This is in Alpena, Michigan at a park downtown. They put old Christmas trees around a water pipe that shoots water straight up in the air. As the weather gets cold, below freezing (we have been in the negatives!) The water keeps shooting up and freezing. This is one of the best ones I have seen in years!
