1. No loud cackling, calling, cawing, cooing, honking, or singing from any birds kept on premises.
2. No loud music, especially dance music or drums.

girl..... you keep showing more and more creativity in such a cute way, love LOVE Kate goodies made into AJ... I think we share a lot of the looking forward to, how amazing your mum is going to be 102!!!! My dad is 89 and even has a Facebook account LOL so I think he maybe able to get pass the 100.... whilst am here nearing 60 and not sure I want to get much further LOL
YOu HAVE to do MOC!!!!!!!!! I watch entire series on Nerflix when doctors tell me to keep away from the computer, or sometimes watch light stuff whilst I scrap...
Anyway, I was coming to do something else but saw this and had to stop by, GReat ATC....!!!

Love the scene you've created. I esp like the way you got around those pesky HOA restrictions! (so clever). It's fun that you're glad the 12 Days challenge is over ("whew") and then looking forward to MOC (you "think"!).
