Daadi and you

I am loving this challenge, as it is so fun to see the touching 4 sides, and love all the fun you played with also!

This is awesome! I love that rain paper here! your layout comes alive with it! your stitching and that lace are so pretty!

every page of yours is stunning, of course I love this..... not only I love your photography and your ability to create visual beauties, but the way you translate the story with the papers & elements...not everyone gets to do that (in my humble opinion) I also feel also an affinity as we come from similar cultures and every journaling of yours shows me that ....I should start pestering you again for us to get together....would love to meet you in person... Hope he is doing much better and that they can be well for your kids to enjoy the other generations love and input...I know is key for Sarita's life, so I can imagine how much important is for you guys too.... amazing page, as always...!!!!!!

@MrsPeel Thanks Cynthia. You are always so generous with your praise with so many of us and you know I totally adore that It was slightly difficult for me to change my usually "happy" documenting style but I really wanted to write about the important role grandparents play in my kiddos lives. They shouldn't take it for granted and appreciate that despite their age and health problems etc that they help out. It sucks but it is the difficult times that make us bond closer as a family, isn't it? I'd love to meet you but I just feel bad about inconveniencing you to travel and all but I'll PM you and hopefully we can make it work xxx

no rush, and yes, I do understand ...and this is, I think, one of the most important things you should include in your scrapping.... if there is ONE thing I am sure I did right with Sarita, is that I brought her up as a family orientated girl and with love and keeping of her roots. She is very English, her father is British and she has a lot of his genes, plus half of her life has happened here in London, but she still is a Latina and with so much love of the family.... so your kids having scrapbooks made about their elders, you giving them an outlook on their roots and keeping history alive for them, so in turn they can give it to their children.... is an amazing thing... do it as much as you can. Every page of yours is a treasure...you are actually one of those people I have to fight myself not to pick in every GSO post!!!!!Hugggzzz
