"The Volunteers from Bent Mountain Fire and Rescue Department were presented with Length of Service Recognition Plaques tonight at Station 8. Our New Roanoke County Fire Chief Travis Griffith came up the Mountain to present the plaques to those members with 25 or more years of service to the community."

      this is the first time that I can't guess by the thumbnail the page was yours!!! (it is a good, great thing though) your creativity takes you more places... LOVE the group photo, perfect angle, the layering is awesome (you know I favor the full on thing LOL) everything is just marvelous!!!!!! I can't read the journaling now, will come back later, and I just realized I didn;t start the Froggy Faves, (as I was gonna try post some pages there!!!) anyway, great, as always!!!!!!!!!

      @MrsPeel Thank you so much Cynthia.. [Here is the gist of the journaling.. this is an awards presentation for over 25 years of volunteer service. My brother has been on Fire & Rescue as well as Fire Chief for 30 years... My Sister in Law (pictured with my brother) also has at least 20 years of Volunteer service with the Fire and rescue as well .. I am so proud of them both :) ] Cheryl's (@gonewiththewind) has wonderful layers and shadows already built in.. I normally don't do the DU version, but found it really fun! Thanks for your sweet comments :) Hugs :)

      @cfile Oh yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed playing with the Dressed Up version! I love the neutral colors you used to really let those photos shine. There are so many people in our world who help others on a daily basis, and if this was my brother and SIL, I'd be pleased as punch, too! Congrats to them, and congrats on the Froggy Fave! Beautifully scrapped!
