I am so glad you used the gradient tool! I had a small tutorial on gradient tool use, but my thread was too long. Thus, I had to remove it. But here you are, using this marvelous technique.
Your layout is quite gorgeous. I adore the use of golden pieces that remind me more of the sun than a kite (although that is the shape of one). The colors coordinate with the kongs--how fun!
