Description
JOURNALING: Bronze sculpture by Alfred Tibor, installed within the traffic circle in front of the Miller Park Library in Upper Arlington. This is one of three sculptures by the renowned artist that are installed in Miller Park. Mr. Tibor passed away in 2017 at the age of 97. 6/6/18

This is so pretty. The papers and ribbons just seem to "go" with the picture.
