how's it going with the PEG? i'm hoping after a month, it's gotten easier to manage for you both. and i love that you are changing up your soup as you go - we're going into winter here, i had pumpkin soup about 5 times the other week (easy defrost and microwave reheat lunch) and think i should have modified it like you by the last one, i wasn't loving it so much but your food photography looks magazine worthy!
@bellbird Thanks for asking!PEG is going fine and Dick handles that totally by himself. I know what to do but that saves me 'feedings' every two hours (to get the 7 Ensures in each day). A lot of the past two weeks has been hard plus it's such a disruption to our lives and not always easy to 'go with the flow'. New day, new symptom... but it is what it is. #noteasytobeahappycamper
@cookingmylife that is wonderful that he's managing it himself, so he is good with 'flushes' & checking for redness etc at the site? They are probably the most important things & cutting flushes as a shortcut is tempting sometimes but - anyway I'm sure you know all this & I hope he's feeling as well as can be expected
